We fully prepare your diagnostic tool before you ever plug it in: unbox and inspect, activate the software license, install the latest firmware/database update, and run a quick functional test on a real vehicle connection.
Please note: once we activate a license on a tool, its resale value drops significantly, since licenses are tied to the device and can't be transferred or deactivated. If you later request a return, the refund will be reduced to reflect this loss in value rather than refused outright - but for tools you're not fully sure about, we'd recommend skipping activation until you've confirmed the tool is right for you.
