Dispatch and delivery times
Items in stock ship within 1 business day of payment. Items ordered on demand from an official EU distributor are prepared for dispatch within 2-7 business days; where this applies it is stated on the product page. Delivery time depends on the carrier you choose.
Delivery methods and cost
- InPost parcel locker - EUR 4.99.
- Courier to your address - EUR 7.99.
Delivery is free on orders over EUR 300 (the equivalent in złoty, currently about 1,330 zł), to a parcel locker or by courier. The delivery cost is shown at checkout and converted to złoty in your cart.
Delivery area
From obdera.pl we deliver within Poland. Customers in Lithuania order from obdera.lt and customers elsewhere in Europe from obdera.eu.
On receipt
Please inspect the package on delivery. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's documents or refuse the parcel, and tell us immediately at info@obdera.lt or +370 622 05027. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, customs handling and force majeure events are outside our control. Where a delay becomes significant we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
