Dispatch and delivery times
Items held in our warehouse in Lithuania reach you within 1-3 business days of payment. Items ordered on demand from an official EU distributor arrive within 2-7 business days; where this applies it is stated on the product page.
Delivery methods and cost
- Parcel locker (Omniva, LP Express, DPD) - EUR 2.99.
- Courier to your door, anywhere in Lithuania - EUR 5.99.
- Collection in Kaunas - free. Items in stock are ready to collect within an hour of ordering; ordered items within 2-7 business days. We email you as soon as your order is ready.
Delivery is free on orders over EUR 300.
Delivery area
We ship within Lithuania and Poland. Deliveries in Poland go to an InPost parcel locker or by courier to your address, and the cost is shown at checkout. For delivery elsewhere in the EU, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can supply and at what cost.
On receipt
Please inspect the package on delivery. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's documents or refuse the parcel, and tell us immediately at info@obdera.lt or +370 622 05027. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, customs handling and force majeure events are outside our control. Where a delay becomes significant we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
